Who We Are
Equal Shot Training is a youth sports performance organization raising the standard of youth sports.
We develop authentic athletes: equipping them with skill, discipline, resilience, and leadership necessary to thrive on and off the court.
We don’t believe in hype.
We don’t just run workouts.
We are a system.
We are a family.
We are on a mission.
Train Different. Build Different.
What We Do
Assess → Train → Evaluate → Advance
Growth is measured. Not assumed.
.
We develop complete players through three progressive phases:
Foundation: Control. Confidence. Core habits.
Proper mechanics. Ball control. Defensive awareness.
Fluency: Execution. Decision-making. Game translation.
Finishing with both hands. Passing reads. Defensive discipline. Skill that shows up in games.
Mastery: Leadership. Creativity. Control under pressure.
Shot creation. Advanced reads. Team leadership.

Who We Work With
We train athletes ages 5 through professional players.
Our system meets athletes where they are and moves them forward with intention.
5–9: Building the Base → Confidence. Coordination. Foundational habits that last.
10–14: Translating Skill to Game → Decision-making. Competitive execution. Discipline under pressure.
High School & Beyond: Refinement & Leadership → Efficiency. Shot creation. Advanced reads. Control when it matters most.
We also partner with schools, recreation programs, and community organizations to expand access and raise standards.
Why We Do It
Equal Shot exists to raise the standard of youth sports.
Because playing more games doesn’t fix weaknesses.
Because confidence built on discipline, resilience, and repetition.
Because resilience matters.
We don’t run workouts. We develop authentic athletes.
Train Different. Build Different.
