Why the academy?

Lack of Access

Lack of access to basic needs drives us to survival. According to Maslow's Hierarchy of needs, when we operate in a state of survival, focused solely on physiological and safety needs, we struggle to find room for belonging, self-esteem, and self-actualization.

Equal Shot Academy stands to meet these needs by providing a network of support that creates awareness and access to necessary services and resources to address three main pillars of health: 

Mental Health | Physical Health | Cognitive Health
